TEMPORARY CEASE TRADE ORDERS ISSUED

Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission issued a Temporary Cease Trade Order on March 16, 2010, against several companies based in Boca Raton Florida and Aruba, including Seisma Oil Research LLC, Seisma Energy Research LLC and SXC Stock Exchange of the Caribbean A.V.V. The Seisma McKenzie Draw#1 Joint Venture, also known as McKenzie Draw Joint Venture, is managed by Seisma Oil, and formed under laws of Texas, USA. Three individuals have also been named in the order, Justin Solomon, Peter Somers and Victor Hedley. The order expires on March 25, 2010, and may be extended.

The order directs the companies and individuals to cease trading and advising in securities and exchange contracts, to cease acquiring securities and entering into exchange contracts and also removes their ability to use any exemptions in Saskatchewan.

The Securities Division has found that representatives of Seisma and SXC, including Somers and Hedley, are contacting Saskatchewan residents for the purpose of securing investments in oil wells, investing in joint ventures and purchasing shares in SXC. Solomon is the manager of Seisma Oil. None of the companies nor the individuals named are registered in Saskatchewan to trade or give advice about securities.

The company operates a website at www.seismaresearch.com. On the website the company claims, "Seisma's principal responsibility to its clients is to intelligently acquire, operate, explore, exploit and develop oil and gas properties". The company holds itself out as being based in Boca Raton, Florida, however recently set up corporate offices in Aruba.

Seisma and its subsidiaries have been named on the Australian Securities and Investments Commission website "Cold Calling Blacklist" of unregistered overseas companies, as well as that of the Financial Services Authority in the U.K.

"This company appears to have targeted the overseas market and has now moved into Canada," Securities Division Deputy Director Ed Rodonets said. "We have information that investors in several other provinces have now been called as well. Unfortunately this has been discovered after the investments have been made and we cannot stress enough that it is up to investors to exercise due diligence and check out these companies prior to investing."

Anyone contacted by Seisma, the SXC, or any representative of the named companies, should contact the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission, Securities Division at 306-787-5645.
