News Release - April 25, 2012 ISC POSTS THIRD-HIGHEST PROFIT IN ITS HISTORY IN 2011Following a year of growth and transformational change, Information Services Corporation (ISC) posted a profit of $17.2 million in 2011, the third highest profit in ISC history. "Progressive and positive changes took place at ISC during 2011, where the corporation took great strides to redefine and transform its business - all with a common goal to enhance service to customers," Minister responsible for ISC Tim McMillan said. "Notable accomplishments include the launch of Business Registrations Saskatchewan, the completion of foundational steps in modernizing the Vital Statistics Registry and the full integration of the Corporate Registry within ISC. It's through initiatives like these that ISC is supporting Saskatchewan's strong economy." ISC's net income of $17.2 million in 2011 was an increase of $1.6 million over the $15.6 million reported in 2010. ISC has also committed to paying a $15.5 million dividend to Crown Investments Corporation (CIC), compared to $14.0 million in 2010. "ISC is consistently rated as one of the top companies in the province and the nation," ISC President and CEO Jeff Stusek said. "In 2011, ISC was recognized as one of the top employers in Saskatchewan and one of the best diversity employers in Canada.
