News Release - April 21, 2009 SASKATCHEWAN AND HUNG YEN PROVINCE, VIETNAM SIGN MOIToday, Premier Brad Wall and Hung Yen Province Chairman Nguyen Van Cuong signed a Memorandum of Intent (MOI) on co-operation between the two provinces for a duration of two years. "I am pleased to sign this memorandum of intent on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan, and I am enthusiastic about the possibilities that it represents," Wall said. "I certainly see the potential for Saskatchewan to benefit from this enhanced relationship with our friends in Vietnam, much as our province has over the past three decades benefited from the Vietnamese people who call Saskatchewan home."
