SASKATCHEWAN HOUSING CORPORATION HONOURS VOLUNTEERS

A luncheon honouring 14 Saskatchewan volunteers for more than a quarter century of service to their local housing authority will be held today in Regina.

"These 14 outstanding volunteers have made their communities better places to live," Social Services Minister Donna Harpauer said. "It is because of people like these individuals, and the many other volunteers in the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation network, that Saskatchewan is recognized as being among the best in Canada for social housing."
