News Release - February 25, 2008 ISC'S ACTING PRESIDENT AND CEO MOVES TO PRIVATE SECTORGrant Gayton, chair of Information Services Corporation's (ISC) board of directors announced today that the corporation's acting president and CEO, Scott Hodson, is resigning his position effective May 2, 2008. Hodson accepted a private sector position in Saskatoon, in order to work in the same city in which he makes his home. Since starting with ISC in 2004, Hodson has been dividing his time between Saskatoon and Regina. "Mr. Hodson has been integral to the success of ISC," Gayton said. "His relentless customer focus and strong leadership skills have had a positive impact on the young company. We wish him well in his new position and thank him for his many contributions." "I'm very proud of what ISC has accomplished," Hodson said. "It has a very bright future and a strong capable leadership team. I'll miss the great people at ISC and I wish them all the best in the future." Hodson has been acting president and CEO since July 2007 when ISC's former president and CEO, Mark MacLeod left the organization. Prior to his role as acting president, Hodson was the chief customer officer responsible for customer service excellence, achievement of growth strategies, and brand and product development.
