News Release - May 9, 2012 STUDENTS AWARDED AGRICULTURE SCHOLARSHIPSToday, Agriculture Minister Bob Bjornerud announced the 10 recipients of the 2012 Saskatchewan Agriculture Student Scholarship. These Grade 12 students from across Saskatchewan will be awarded $1,000 each toward their agriculture-related post-secondary courses. "By choosing a career in agriculture, these students are committed to the future growth of the industry and the province," Bjornerud said. "I would like to congratulate the 10 scholarship recipients and wish them the best in their studies and future careers." Students were asked to write a 750 word essay or produce a three-minute video essay on one of two topics:
