SUNRISE REGIONAL HEALTH AUTHORITY BOARD MEMBER APPOINTED

Saskatchewan Health Minister John Nilson is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Greg Kobylka of Yorkton to the Sunrise Regional Health Authority.

Mr. Kobylka is the retail development co-ordinator and trainer for the Western Canada Lottery Corporation - Sask Sport. He is also active with a number of other community organizations.

"A sustainable, quality health system is vitally important," Kobylka said. "This is a great opportunity to participate in it and to help out."

"I look forward to working with Mr. Kobylka and the Sunrise Regional Health Authority as we mark the third anniversary of the release of The Action Plan for Saskatchewan Health Care and the resulting creation of Regional Health Authorities," Nilson said.

"As well, I sincerely thank the current members of the Sunrise Health Authority for their ongoing commitment to improving the health of people in their area."

"Our board enjoys a strong collaborative relationship and with his appointment, we're pleased to have our full complement of 12 members on the Board," Sunrise Regional Health Authority Chairperson Ben Weber said. "We welcome Mr. Kobylka. We look forward to the additional perspective and insight Mr. Kobylka will bring to our table."
