News Release - June 16, 2009 PREMIER ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO SENIOR PUBLIC SERVICEPremier Brad Wall today announced a number of changes in the leadership of the Saskatchewan Public Service. Wall said these changes are important for the revitalization and utilization of leadership abilities within the Public Service. "Saskatchewan has one of the best leadership teams of any Public Service in Canada, and our government is always looking for ways to make improvements by ensuring the best use of our top people within the government," Wall said. "I recently asked my Deputy Minister Doug Moen to do an assessment and develop a plan for changes to the senior Public Service, and today we are acting on that plan." The changes are as follows:
"I want to thank these senior leaders in the Public Service for taking on new responsibilities," Wall said. "Their leadership is critical to public service renewal and to advancing the government's agenda for the people of Saskatchewan.
