PDAP SERVICE DURING CANADA POST STRIKE

Claimants submitting an application to the Provincial Disaster Assistance Program (PDAP) or who are waiting for a claim payment should note the following alternate service arrangements if the Canada Post strike affects Saskatchewan.

Information can be faxed to 306-798-2318; emailed to pdapdocs@gov.sk.ca; or dropped off at customer's local RM, town or village office or city hall.

Claimant name, address, claim number and contact information are required on all correspondence.

To receive a claim payment, claimants should note that a PDAP client service representative will contact them when their PDAP claim cheque is ready and provide information on the specific location to pick up a payment. Payments can be picked up at a claimant's RM, town or village office or city hall.

Customers will be asked to sign for their payment, and are asked to bring identification.

For information, contact PDAP at 1-888-632-4033.
