On September 15th, 2002, the 17-year-old Mr. Campbell was riding his bicycle on Highway 2 south of Prince Albert. Mr. Campbell was fatally injured when he was struck by a police vehicle that was travelling on the highway.

The inquest will be held in Prince Albert at a date, time and place to be announced in the near future.

Inquests are open to the public. Evidence is given before a six-person jury, summoned at random. In addition to establishing when and where the death occurred and the medical cause of death, the coroner's jury may make recommendations to prevent similar deaths in the future.
