CEASE TRADE ORDER ISSUED

The Securities Division of the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission issued a Temporary Cease Trade Order on July 16th, 2003 against a number of individuals and companies from British Columbia.

The July 16th order was issued with respect to Soaring Eagles Consulting Ltd., Gerald Jean Baptist Charbonneau and Lynette Duncan of Kelowna, B.C., Outback Products Inc. of Vancouver, B.C. and D.M. Investment Group Inc. of Everson WA and Belize City, Belize after this Commission was advised that several Saskatchewan residents have invested. The individuals and companies named in the order are in violation of The Securities Act, 1988.

Soaring Eagle is known to have been active in the Yorkton and Saskatoon areas of Saskatchewan and a number of Saskatchewan residents have invested money through loan agreements which promise a return of 18 per cent. At this time the Securities Division does not know how much in total Saskatchewan people have invested.

Anyone having invested or attended meetings of Soaring Eagles in Saskatchewan is asked to contact the Securities Division at (306) 787-5645.
