MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE INVESTIGATES FINANCIAL IRREGULARITY

The Ministry of Agriculture is currently investigating a case involving financial irregularity. Based on preliminary results of an internal investigation, the total amount involved is estimated to be approximately $20,000.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police have been contacted.

One employee has been dismissed.
