The charges arose after a routine inspection by Occupational Health Officers at a construction work site in Prince Albert on August 19, 2010. Officers observed workers on the roof of a building without fall protection, hard hats or safety footwear, and using an unsecured ladder to access the roof. Pro Image was fined a total of $11,200 and Steven McCreary a total of $2,930 in Provincial Court. In June 2010, Pro Image was fined $5,760 after pleading guilty to 16 charges under OHS regulations.
