CHANGES TO FEES AND CHARGES FOR 2007-08

A number of fees and charges will change over the course of 2007, with various effective dates.

Changes are primarily cost-recovery.  The changes will impact the General Revenue Fund (GRF) by roughly $1.6 million in 2007-08.
