News Release - November 27, 2012 EIGHT CITIZENS RECEIVE SASKATCHEWAN’S HIGHEST HONOURLieutenant Governor Vaughn Solomon Schofield invested eight people into the Saskatchewan Order of Merit in Saskatoon today. The Saskatchewan Order of Merit is the province's highest honour, recognizing individuals who have contributed significantly to the well-being of the province and its residents.
